Dr. Hal Green has been a pastor since 1972. Before that, he was a
psychologist. Hal is married to Kathleen Green and they have three grown
children. In addition to seminary and an M.A. in psychology from Drake
University, Hal has a Ph.D. in comparative religion from Northwestern
University. Hal's mission is to preach, teach and heal. As a part of that
mission, Hal is a writer. He writes a weekly column for the Muscatine Journal,
"Greener Pastures". He has also written two books: The Eternal We and The Romance of God. Hal's passion at Wesley is to grow Christ through
the power of the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Richard A. Smith has directed church and community choral programs
in Iowa, Alabama, and Florida for 30 years. He has led choral and
church music workshops throughout the United States. His articles on
church music and hymnody have been published in such journals as The Choral Journal, The Chorister, The Hymn, and Theology Today.
His choirs have performed for both state and regional conventions of
the American Choral Directors Association, in various European venues
and in Washington D.C.'s National Cathedral. Their recordings and
concerts have been broadcast on National Public Radio's Performance Today and The First Art.

Aaron is a recent graduate from the University
of Northern Iowa, where he achieved a degree in Humanities. While a student at UNI, he was involved in
ministry as a peer minister at the Lutheran Student Center, and volunteered to
help with many youth events in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area. A Muscatine native, Aaron became Director of
Youth Ministries at Wesley in September of 2007.

Ray is the Senior Pastor at Vineyard Christian Fellowship. He also leads our Celebration Service every Sunday at 9:15 am.

Jimmy Morrison is the owner of JD Productions, LLC, a Muscatine-based Motion Picture Production Company. His first Concert DVD features the
Minneapolis band Jake Dilley & the Color Pharmacy and will be released in the Summer of 2008. He will also be directing a music video from
Jake Dilley's upcoming CD, to be released in surround sound later this year. Jimmy wrote and directed his first feature film, Eternal Punishment.
The film is scheduled to be released in the Fall of 2008. |
